Schubert is dancing

Pierre-Laurent Aimard realised his long-awaited heart project in Dobbiaco/South Tyrol on our piano duo grand piano "353018".

In September '22 he recorded a very personal selection of Schubert's dances. The mood during the recording in early autumn was at times surreal and wonderfully fitting to Schubert's music: mostly cheerful and sunny, sometimes quite fresh and often with a hint of autumn melancholy and farewell - and with plenty of goosebumps moments. In short: simply awesome!
